Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All NeuroZoom orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours of receipt (Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays). Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and tracking information.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard shipping within the continental United States typically arrives in 5 to 10 business days from the date of processing. Delivery times vary based on your location.

International Shipping

NeuroZoom ships to most countries internationally. International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your country and the size of your order. Standard international delivery typically takes 10 to 15 business days plus customs clearance.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website to follow your shipment.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If 10 business days have passed for domestic orders or 20 business days for international orders without receiving your package, please contact us at support@tryneurozoom.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you discover an error, contact customer support immediately. We can usually correct the address if the order has not yet shipped. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses may need to be reshipped at the customer's expense.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the package and contents and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement at no cost.

Holiday Shipping

During major US holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year), shipping carriers may experience delays. Order early during these periods to ensure timely delivery.

Discreet Packaging

For privacy, all NeuroZoom orders ship in plain packaging without identifying labels. The product name is not displayed on the outside of the box.
